Starting Salary: $29.14-$31.87 with no teaching license / $29.72-$35.53 with teaching license

Job Description: 

Forest Lake Area Schools is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our Early Childhood Program team for the 2026-2027 school year. We are committed to nurturing the whole child and supporting early learners in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and foundational growth.

As a Preschool Educator in our Early Childhood Program, you will play a key role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of our youngest learners. You will work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, foster strong family partnerships, and create a welcoming classroom environment that supports all children in reaching their full potential.

Any specific qualifications or licenses required?

• A current Minnesota teaching license is preferred in one of the following areas:
  • Early Childhood Education
  • Birth to Grade 3
  • Pre-Primary
• Completion of Early Childhood LETRS
• Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early education
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in early childhood settings is a plus
