Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance procedures and best practices.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues promptly.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all repair, installation, and upgrade activities.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, with strong emphasis on environmental health and safety (EHS).
Assign work schedules, prioritize tasks, and evaluate repair cost estimates.
Maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, maintenance logs, and compliance records.
Oversee inventory of spare parts and supplies; manage procurement and vendor relationships as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and professional development within the maintenance department.
Utilize maintenance management systems (CMMS or similar) to track work orders, asset history, and performance metrics.
Drive and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability projects to reduce utility consumption and environmental impact.
Monitor and analyze energy usage data, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize energy efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to promote energy awareness and support company-wide sustainability goals.
