5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury, beauty, fashion, FMCG, or premium consumer brands
Proven experience managing 360° integrated marketing campaigns with clear commercial impact
Strong exposure to media planning, digital marketing, social media, KOL/influencer, and PR management
Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners effectively
Experience working closely with Sales, Retail, and E‑commerce teams in an omnichannel environment
Strong analytical capability with experience in campaign performance tracking, ROI analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in stakeholder management
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Bahasa Indonesia required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and standard marketing analytics tools
