Job Description
- Deliver white-glove creative services and drive creative diagnostics assessments and recommendations, demonstrating the impact on marketing outcomes.
- Act as a consultant for marketing and creative leaders, effectively presenting and articulating complex creative concepts and solutions in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Partner closely with sales, product, global and regional creative works, marketing, and YouTube partnerships teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of creative initiatives.
- Translate creative experimentation into measurable business outcomes aligned with customer KPIs and Google’s OKRs.
- Monitor and track client-partner projects to ensure they remain on schedule, meet quality standards, and deliver on KPIs.
