Job Purpose
The Customer Success Specialist ensures accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders/requirements for small business accounts, supporting high-volume transactional processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter customer purchase orders accurately into ERP systems.
- Provide order entry support for Enterprise & Mid-Market accounts as necessary.
- Review purchase orders for pricing, quantities, and documentation.
- Maintain PO tracker entries.
- Issue order acknowledgements & perform order quality reviews (ORC)
- Resolve missing or incorrect order information.
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistency.
- Escalate non-standard issues as needed, including communication with Enterprise/Mid-Market customer accounts.
- Support customer inquiries related to orders and fulfillment for assigned customer accounts.
- Manage, monitor, and action customer orders for assigned customer accounts.
- Examples include, but not limited to: Shipped-not-Billed; New Account Coordination; Date Changes; Freight Claims, Warranty Logistics, etc.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of order entry or customer service experience.
- Basic ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail.
