Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and accountable Patient Services Representative to deliver safe, accurate, and empathetic technical support to people living with diabetes using MiniMed devices.

This role operates at the intersection of clinical sensitivity, technical expertise, and regulatory compliance, supporting patients in real-time situations that may directly impact their health and safety.

You will be part of a high-performing WeCare team, contributing to exceptional patient experience (NPS-driven) while maintaining strict adherence to quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide end-to-end technical support for MiniMed insulin pumps, sensors and related digital solutions (e.g., CareLink™).

- Handle inbound and outbound interactions, including urgent patient cases.

- Apply structured troubleshooting methodologies to resolve issues on first contact.

- Identify and escalate adverse events and product complaints.

- Deliver clear and empathetic communication to patients.

- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in CRM systems.

- Meet and exceed KPIs including NPS, QA, productivity, and adherence.

- Collaborate with Field Agents, Product Support, Quality, and Commercial teams.

- Contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

- Fluent Hebrew and English (mandatory)

- Additional language (Russian) – advantage

- Minimum 2+ years in customer or technical support

- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong digital/technical skills
