Update and maintain necessary vehicle lists and documentation.
Properly code purchase requisitions for the Equipment department as required.
Issue regular reports on Equipment (Fleet) from the system (SAP and Enterprise).
Proactively correspond with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support to the Equipment dept. as requested (e.g. labels, filing, etc.).
Distribute, track, and input critical information into fleet management platform software and systems (Geotab, SAP, and Enterprise taxable benefits site) on schedule in accordance with the established process.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.
Provide general office support for when the assigned personnel are out of the office.
