Job Description
Your Mission
- Define tailored technical solutions for our customers and actively contribute to optimising their processes
- Ensure customer requirements are implemented fully and correctly from a technical perspective
- Support customers, integrators, and partners in the optimal use of our products
- Work closely with various customer-side departments such as engineering, maintenance, purchasing, or quality
- Act as a central technical point of contact for sales, customers, and partners
- Combine application knowledge and technical expertise to develop sustainable solutions
Your Responsibilities
- Support sales teams and partners with technical inquiries and projects
- Develop customer-specific solutions, including technical design, costing, and project planning
- Create technical drawings, layouts, and quotation documentation
- Provide sales support throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, and other internal interfaces
- Advise customers and partners on applications and technologies in the field of fluid handling
- Contribute to the further development of products, applications, and go-to-market approaches
Your Profile
- A completed degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or sales support, ideally with technically complex products
- Solid knowledge of pump technology, process engineering, or fluid handling
- Ideally, experience in hygienic applications such as Food & Beverage or Personal Care
- Confident in reading and creating technical drawings
- Experience in technical design and cost calculation
- Strong understanding of relevant markets and applications
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships
- Structured, independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
