Pay : HK$24,191 to HK$28,623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist managers of Corporate Clinical Psychology Services (CCPS) to provide clerical and logistics support in the daily operation of the center, such as but not limited to procurement & inventory management, human resources matters, budget control and facilities management.
2. Provide administrative/logistics support on professional training programs and HA staff events, including promotion, enrollment, liaison with internal stakeholders across cluster hospitals and external parties, event coordination, evaluation and follow-up.
3. Assist clinical psychologists and managers of CCPS to prepare service statistics, progress reports, documents, and presentation/promotion materials.
4. Administer/maintain webpage of the center and/or provide technical support and coordination on IT matters.
5. Offer secretarial support to committee and functional meetings of the center.
6. Support reception counter and answer enquiries of the center.
7. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with:
(a) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syl B) & Chinese Language; or
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects
AND diploma in a specialised function AND relevant experience.
Preferable Attributes/Exposure
1. Relevant working experience in healthcare organization or institution.
2. Working experience in training / programs / events coordination.
3. Working experience in design of promotion / psychoeducation materials.
4. Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
5. Detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to work in fast-paced environment.
6. Good interpersonal, language and communication skills.
7. Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and website editing.
