About the role: Analysis of entity expenses by cost centre in a trial balance structure, preparation of expenses Budget & Forecast according to Group financial expectations in conjunction with entity operative areas. Complete monthly information submissions to group and assist Finance Manager and Coordinator to prepare finance scenarios and analysis related mainly to expenses.
Role responsibilities:
Prepare monthly expenses reports by area.
Perform Risks and Ops. Analysis on monthly expenses reports versus Budget (Forecast).
Review main variances in monthly expenses reports with areas involved to provide feedback to finance manager and coordinator.
Participate in budget and forecast expenses preparation.
Submit to UK’s entity finance team expenses related information on monthly basis.

Professional experience, skills and knowledge
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduate or in final stages; certification not required)
- Or recent graduates with internship experience
- If working experience: at least 1 year of experience as a Financial Analyst (any industry)
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)
- Intermediate English (B1, spoken and written; ability to join UK meetings and handle emails)
- Comfortable working under high workloads (until ~7–8 pm)
- Residence in Mexico City within a reasonable commuting distance (no more than 1 hour)
Desirable:
- Experience in smaller firms or companies, with interest in a global environment
- Experience in Advisory or Audit is a plus
- Excel experience in macros is a plus
- Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Contpaq, SAP, or Oracle
- Experience in Big Four firms is a plus
- Industry background is a plus
