Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the full-cycle recruitment, from developing and executing hiring strategies to partnering with hiring managers to select top talent. This role works closely with organizational leadership and the Human Resources team to drive talent acquisition initiatives, applying proven recruitment methods, while also introducing innovative approaches to strengthen applicant flow and enhance employer brand visibility. Essential Job Functions · Develops and executes a creative, forward‑thinking talent acquisition strategy to proactively build a strong pipeline of top talent. Acts as a strategic talent advisor, consulting with leaders on effective approaches to meet current and future hiring needs. · Guides and coaches hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with best practices for selecting top talent. Develops strong relationships with leadership and hiring managers, meeting regularly to understand business priorities and recommend strategic recruiting solutions. · Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, including advertising positions, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and securing top talent. Builds and maintains pipelines for open roles and fosters ongoing relationships to support continuous talent sourcing. Gathers feedback to enhance the candidate experience. Oversees background checks and ensures new hires are fully prepared for onboarding. · Leverages data to establish meaningful talent acquisition metrics. Tracks, analyzes, and reports on key performance indicators to evaluate sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns, recommending improvements based on insights. · Identifies opportunities for process innovation and implements improvements to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with business needs. · Manages external partnerships, including search firms, agencies, vendors, and universities, to support talent acquisition efforts. · Stays current on industry trends and labor market conditions, sharing insights and applying new sourcing methods to strengthen recruitment strategies. · Serves as an active member of the Human Resources team, contributing to projects, committees, and initiatives that support organizational goals. Qualifications Education · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Experience · Minimum 5 years of related experience to include recruiting, sourcing, hiring, managing applicant tracking systems, working with all levels of leadership and partnering with external vendors. Knowledge, Skills Abilities · Demonstrates a deep understanding of recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices. · Applies strategic thinking to design, develop, and execute effective projects, programs, and talent initiatives. · Communicates with clarity and confidence, delivering strong presentations and building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. · Brings strong analytical, organizational, and pipeline‑management skills to drive efficient and effective hiring outcomes. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Human Resource Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Preferred Qualifications · Related Human Resources certifications or designations preferred. · Experience within an organization that has a distributed employee and field-based population preferred. Work Environment Physical Requirements · This job currently operates on a hybrid schedule rotating between in-office and remote work environments. · This role routinely uses standard office equipment. · Minimal travel may be required.
