As Head of Product Management Utility, you will be at the forefront of shaping our regional product strategy and driving impact across a highly dynamic energy landscape.   • Define and execute the regional product strategy for utility-scale solutions aligned with business goals across SEE, CEE, and CIS
  • Translate market needs, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback into clear product roadmaps
  • Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and global product teams to deliver competitive and scalable solutions
  • Drive product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for diverse regional markets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional product management team
  • Act as a key interface between regional stakeholders and headquarters to ensure alignment and continuous improvement

Your profile

  • Degree in engineering, energy systems, business, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in product management within utility-scale energy, renewables, or power infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of energy markets, regulatory environments, and grid requirements across SEE, CEE, and CIS
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide regional teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • English and Greek at C1 level required;
