JDE Trainer

In this role you will develop high quality UPKs, videos and job aids for all workgroups and update applicable UPKs and other training content, and effectively communicate change You deliver effective in class and virtual led training to new and existing employees LMS assignments based on JDE security role set up Tracking of training requests You contribute to resolution of JDE issues and assist with JDE support as needed Further, you will assist with JDE program change testing to ensure passing results without negative impact to any other applications Contribute to JDE improvements throughout the US and Canada You will participates in OTC improvement and productivity initiatives Communication of best practice or process changes is part of your role Maintain all email address groups to ensure that they are current, using weekly new hire/term and monthly employee lists You will manage Sharewaves sites for (1) training team and (2) LGE Resource site for all employees Effectively maintain LGE Resource site to ensure that it is current and easily accessible to end users You ensure that all employee inquiries are responded to via the JDE-BPI news box, including assisting JDE users with access and navigation of JDE.Works with end users to help them improve their knowledge of the JDE applications Training and onsite support as needed for acquisitions
