Cylinder Prep / Yard Supervisor

You will manage and supervise all Cylinder Prep and Cylinder Yard personnel, including evaluations, hiring, training, development, and discipline Plan and adjust daily work assignments and schedules to meet priorities, capacity, and workforce availability while controlling overtime Further, you will ensure a safe work environment and promptly address safety issues Oversee production queues and monitors queue times for Cylinder Prep and Cylinder Yard SAP work centers You will coordinate activities with other plants and branches as needed Resolve Cylinder Prep and Cylinder Yard–related issues for internal and external customers Ensure accurate SAP barcode scanning and compliance with package marking and DOT documentation requirements Collect and analyzes operational data to drive continuous process improvements Set improvement goals and maintains process controls, SOPs, inventory, and supplies
