The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for building relationships within the local community to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness. This role involves organizing outreach initiatives, attending events, and engaging with community partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships within the local community to generate qualified leads
  • Generate Sale leads
  • Plan and participate in outreach events, partnerships, and networking opportunities
  • Represent the organization to increase brand awareness
  • Conduct tours for prospective clients and provide positive experience
  • Manage timely follow-up with leads to nurture and convert prospects
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales process
  • Track outreach efforts and contribute to lead generation goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
  • Proficient in computer programs and CRM systems with a strong drive to increase occupancy.

$22 - $24 a year
  • $1,000 quarterly bonus tied to census goals
