We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Construction Management Office to lead and support construction operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration for our growing infrastructure initiatives. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can balance operational oversight, project execution, and team development while helping drive organizational success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee construction management operations and project workflows
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and operational priorities
- Coordinate with engineering, field operations, vendors, contractors, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and improve construction management processes, reporting, and operational standards
- Monitor project performance, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track
- Support forecasting, scheduling, and workforce planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions to improve efficiency
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development support to construction management staff
- Assist with vendor management, project documentation, and strategic planning initiatives

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction management practices, utility infrastructure, and project coordination
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and operational reporting
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, construction, or infrastructure management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred

Pay Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
