Construction Driller

We are seeking a hardworking and safety-focused Construction Driller to support our underground construction and infrastructure projects. This position plays a critical role in installing underground utilities and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate drilling equipment and support underground utility installation projects
• Perform directional drilling and bore operations in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist with locating existing underground utilities prior to drilling
• Set up, maintain, and inspect drilling equipment and job sites
• Work alongside construction crews to complete underground fiber and utility installations
• Read and interpret construction prints, maps, and utility layouts
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and project specifications
• Troubleshoot field challenges and adapt to changing job site conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily project updates
• Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment and tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and field conditions
• Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with directional drilling, underground construction, or utility installation preferred
• CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
