Join Ali & Sons as a Parts Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in supporting customers and technicians with accurate parts information, quotations, and inventory coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and technicians and assist with their parts requirements.
• Provide accurate part numbers, pricing, and availability using EPC and DMS systems.
• Prepare parts quotations, estimates, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
• Process picking lists, confirm picked parts, and complete goods movement procedures.
• Monitor and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Follow up on ordered parts, delivery timelines, and customer requests.
• Handle VOR (Vehicle Off Road) parts requests for non-available items.
• Support inventory control, loss sales reporting, and accessories display activities.
• Ensure compliance with parts return, warranty, and credit sales procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Role Purpose:
To ensure efficient parts sales operations, accurate inventory management, and excellent customer support while meeting sales and reporting requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in automotive parts sales or customer service is preferred.
• Education: High School Certificate.
• Languages: Good communication skills in English.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with EPC, DMS, and standard computer applications.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
