Project Manager Service Project

Summary

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate professional to join our team as Project Manager. This position will be responsible for executing service projects in line with Bühler processes and strategy, with full accountability for project profit and loss, timelines, budgets, cash targets, quality, margin improvement, and EHS compliance. 

Job Responsibilities

• Implement project management standards across small projects and execution work.
• Control project progress, schedule, engineering deliverables, and deviations through active monitoring.
• Manage commercial and technical changes, including change orders, claims, risks, and opportunities.
• Engage regularly with customers, partners, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Coach and support team members in corrective actions and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with reporting, forecasting, project review, EHS, and site handover requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in  in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or proof of sufficient skills.
• Fluent communication in English, French,and Arabic.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
