As a Student Assistant in Pricing & Commercial Analytics, you will join a highly skilled team within Strategy Deployment in our Food & Beverage business, where data, insights, and collaboration play a key role in shaping commercial decisions.
You will be part of the Pricing & Commercial Analytics team, consisting of five colleagues with solid and diverse experience in Pricing and Commercial Excellence from various industries and consulting backgrounds. Together, the team is responsible for pricing strategy, commercial analytics, and insights generation—contributing directly to Novonesis’ purpose by enabling data driven, responsible growth.
The Role & Your Impact
As a Student Worker, you will support the team with analytical and insight driven tasks that help Sales and Marketing make better commercial decisions. Your work will have real impact across the organization, and you will gain hands on experience with advanced analytics tools and real world commercial challenges.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Performing commercial analyses on large datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, KNIME, and Power BI
Conducting scenario modeling to assess the impact of pricing changes, pipeline health, and other commercial factors, leveraging your skills in statistics or AI
Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that enable Sales and Marketing teams to understand performance and take data driven actions
Translating commercial data into clear, actionable insights that help stakeholders understand their business and identify pricing challenges and opportunities
Collaborating across functions by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in Marketing and Sales as an integral member of the team
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, we expect that you:
Are in the final year of your bachelor’s degree or in the 1st–2nd year of your master’s degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Have a strong interest in and experience with data analytics and tools such as Python, SQL, or similar
Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Enjoy problem solving and turning data into actionable insights
Are proficient in English, both written and spoken
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
While not required, it will be an advantage if you:
Have experience working with large, complex datasets
Have an interest in pricing, commercial excellence, or strategy
Are curious about applying analytics, statistics, or AI to real business challenges

Ways of Working / Working Conditions
You are expected to work 15–20 hours per week
The role is primarily based at our offices in Hørsholm and Lyngby, with flexibility to work from home
Working hours are flexible and can be adapted to your studies
The role is office based and does not involve physical labor or special environmental conditions
