• Lead, supervise, and coach field mechanics to deliver timely, high-quality service.
• Plan and schedule manpower and resources for optimal service delivery.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, confirming service details and managing requests.
• Collaborate with Parts Warehouse to maintain resource availability.
• Monitor job progress, resolve scheduling conflicts, and address customer concerns.
• Track and analyze service performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Manage warranty claims, including documentation, submission, follow-up, and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma with minimum 4 years of relevant experience OR SPM with minimum 8 years in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of service operations, safety protocols, and contamination control is an advantage.
• Experience handling warranty claims and service documentation.
• Ability to analyze data and improve team performance.
