Job Description
Job Purpose
Assist the Corporate desk in servicing clients by acting as back-up and carrying out designated tasks.
Develop capability to handle corporate clients independently.
Key Result Areas
- Input deals for the corporate desk accurately and in a timely manner to ensure smooth processing of deals
- Assist in preparation of FX commentary for clients and ensure timely delivery.
- Quote on corporate deals (all asset classes except equities) in line with advised parameters to maintain profitability on deals.
- Carry out swap transactions in an error free manner to close gaps.
- Develop broad based product knowledge to be able to handle diversified customer deals independently.
- Achieve complete familiarity with vendor machines for eg reuters, Bloomberg etc to get competitive quotes and handle customer requests.

- Maintain regular telephonic contact with assigned clients to assist deal flow.
- Operate within approved client limits so that no unauthorized exposure is taken.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Two years of relevant experience
- Math / Finance educational background and strong numbers orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
