Job Description

 

As the first point of contact for service guests, you set the tone for their entire experience. From the moment they arrive to the time they drive away, your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and manage expectations plays a major role in building trust and long-term relationships. This role suits someone with strong interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail, and the confidence to juggle competing priorities while keeping guests informed every step of the way. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Greet guests and assist with service bookings and enquiries 

  • Prepare repair orders and clearly explain required work to customers 

  • Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress 

  • Maintain clear, timely communication throughout the service process 

  • Recommend additional servicing or maintenance where appropriate 

  • Ensure all work is authorised, completed to standard, and handed over smoothly
