This is a hybrid role in Arlington, VA.

Position Summary

 

The Executive Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of numerous high level executives.

Key Areas of Responsibility

As a member of the Office Services Team - provide exceptional executive level administrative support to the various Executives and Team members.

  • Perform administrative assignments at senior-level, including but not limited to:
     

  • Manage all aspects of complex calendar and scheduling requirements to include travel arrangements, both domestic and international

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings to include arranging audio/visual requirements, and conference room preparation (scheduling, set-up, etc.) and logistics

  • Prepare and process expense reports and applicable invoices

  • Create and modify presentations, spreadsheets and organizational charts

  • Assist with additional duties as necessary

Additional Complexities and Other Considerations:

To be successful in this role, the individual should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively

Basic Qualifications
 

  • Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)

  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work


Education and Experience

  • AA/AS Degree required; BS/BA Degree preferred

  • 5+ years of administrative support. Executive admin. experience preferred

Desired Qualifications

· Advanced skills in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience using Concur for business travel management

  • Experience in an international and/or complex matrixes business environment

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between


Total Target Cash (TTC) 45,219.00 - 92,484.00 USD Annual

This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including – but not limited to – the employee’s career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company’s annual salary budget, the customer’s program requirements, and the company’s internal equity. Thales may offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
