SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Human Resources & Payroll certification required
Extensive experience supporting SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments within complex enterprise organisations
Strong hands-on experience across SuccessFactors modules including:
Experience configuring SAP IMG and supporting SAP HR customisations
Strong understanding of SAP lifecycle management and change processes
Demonstrated experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and production support
Knowledge of integrations, interfaces, and middleware technologies including IAS, IPS, and CPI
Working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript highly desirable
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams in a fast-paced operational environment
