Job Description
Main Tasks
Operational Duties:
- Manage pricing for sales orders, scheduling agreements, and contracts in SAP
- Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margin.
- Analyze pricing data, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Handle pricing issues where orders are blocked due to missing/incorrect pricing
- Administer Pricefx and integrate it with SAP pricing processes
- Support OEM/customer-specific pricing models, rebates, and agreements
- Partner with sales teams to provide pricing guidance and deal structuring support.
- Streamline quote-to-cash processes and improve pricing turnaround time.
- Support contract pricing, rebates, and special pricing agreements.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Sales and Customer Service- Primary source of incoming requests. Quote support, pre-approval analysis, pricing exceptions.
- Finance / Controlling-Requests data, reports and margin analysis. Expects structured, accurate output
- Engineering-Source of product and feature data needed as inputs for pricing decisions. Must be able to ask precise questions and extract what is needed efficiently.
