  • Familiarity with central bank digital currencies (CBDC), distributed ledger technologies (DLT), and emerging fintech trends.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Candidates with these various skillsets may be given additional consideration:
    • Experience with systems such as SWIFT, RTGS, CSD, and payment gateways.
    • Knowledge of ISO 20022 migration and its implications.
    • Exposure to international central banking practices and cross-border payment systems.
