Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for driving overall customer success aligned to Card Centre’s strategy and goals. He/She will be responsible for the customer relationships and is the primary touch point between customers and Card Centre. This position reports to the Head of Card Centre.
Key Responsibilities
•Primary point of contact on customers’ matters
•Revenue delivery through negotiated contracts with customers, pursuit of change requests and initiatives from customers as well as new business opportunities
•Responsible for, which includes negotiation, review and preparation of customers’ contracts and quotations
•Manage sales pipeline for reporting to HOD and Management
•Tracking revenue targets and management of budgets
•To work closely with Operations and Technology teams to ensure timely implementation and completion of change requests and/or initiatives
•Deliver clear, structured and insight-driven reporting to customers’ requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal teams
•Preparation of proposals and presentation decks to stakeholders
