Senior Shunter

Working closely with the Operations Planner and signalling staff you’ll anticipate operational needs and be able to adapt to changing priorities. You’ll work to schedules and rosters to accept and dispatch trains, communicate with signalling staff, and generally work toward all train movements being completed in a safety, practical, and efficient way. This is an on-site permanent, full-time role based out of the Flemington Maintenance Centre. This role will require you to undertake shiftwork on a 24/7 rotating roster, 365 days a year, therefore flexibility is key.
