As a Robotics Automation Success Technician, you will serve as a dedicated field Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a critical extension of our deployment team. From pre‑sale demonstrations through post‑deployment hyper‑care and customer training, you will own the technical execution across the full robot lifecycle. Your work directly enables customer confidence, accelerates adoption, and drives autonomous usage through disciplined, standardized demo, pilot, and deployment processes.
