Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for two SVPs, including scheduling client calls and meetings. Closely monitor the calendar to resolve scheduling conflicts. Gather and organize meeting materials and agendas in advance.
- Handle general administrative duties including answering emails, booking travel arrangements, submitting expense reports, etc.
- Distribute screeners of submissions to clients.
- Attend internal meetings, maintain notes and compile action items for the team.
- Communicate internally to key stakeholders updates on accounts, team, and deal status.
- Provide general support to the Domestic distribution team as needed with excel/data-based projects.
- Ad-hoc projects with a focus in revenue share business.
