Acts as the point of contact and communicate projects status adequately to all participants.
Candidate is responsible for leading projects from initial idea and planning and through the implementation processes.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Collaborates extensively with all contributors and communicating expectations throughout the project, providing daily and weekly updates to key stakeholders.
Maintains and gives follow up to project teams.
When applicable, controls and approves consultant hours invested in the project.
Approves invoices from vendors regarding services rendered by third parties. Oversights and coordinates activities, resources, and equipment’s to accomplish benefits and goals in the most efficient way. Ensures resource availability and allocation.
Promptly escalates issues which cannot be resolved.
May lead cross-functional teams.
