First Grade Teacher, Assumption-St. Bridget Seattle

Assumption-St. Bridget School is seeking a full-time, dynamic teacher for a first grade classroom. Qualifications must include WA state certification, commitment to Catholic education, and successful primary teaching experience. Slingerland training preferred or willingness to attend training in July. We are looking for a teacher with polished communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a strong background in both literacy and mathematics instruction. Experience and evidence of differentiated instructional strategies and small group instruction in both literacy and math are necessary. A full-time aide is part of the classroom team, so the ability to collaborate and provide direction to the aide is also important. Come be a part of the strong tradition of excellence at ASB!

This is a full-time position. Salary begins at $64,800 and increases based on years and experience. High ranges around $90K. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.Benefits: A comprehensive package of benefits is offered including two medical plan options, dental, vision, life, accidental death and disability, long term disability, pension, 403(b), HSA,
