About You

What you should bring:

• Proven experience in phone sales techniques
• Experience in Luxury Sales and/or Customer Service environments for specialized sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of consumer purchasing habits, often influenced by emotional drivers and requiring seamless decision-making
• Long-term customer relationship approach
• Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems
• Excellent written, oral & listening skills
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and with a problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Passion for fitness/wellness 
• Ability to work on-site 5x/week at our Jersey City offices 

What We Offer

• Base Salary $65,000 - $70,000 commensurate with experience
