Back to jobsHigh school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (or equivalent).
Strong dexterity for handling small parts and visual acuity for reading blueprints.
Ability to lift 10–50 lbs. and stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
Experience with calibrated tools like calipers, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes and gauges.
Versatility to perform varied motor assembly and soldering operations manually.
