Job Description

Working in the petrochemical industry installing/removing various types of insulation and jacketing on piping and equipment. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lb boxes.   Applicant will be required to work from elevated heights, including mobile lifting equipment (MANLIFTS)   Requirements include but are not limited to: Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalentNCCER Certifications preferred but not required.Minimum 4 years experience; preferably in manufacturing or industrial facilities.Motivated self-starter capable of working independently and efficiently.Ability to write legible, routine correspondence and to speak effectively as well as coherently with management and other Chemelex employees.Knowledge of industrial electricity issuesWorks well within teams.90% travel to job sites around the country.Employment will be contingent upon passing Physical, Background and Drug tests along with an insulation journeyman written and practical test. This position will require a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Card). Insulation Journeyman must provide their own tools of the trade.
