Manage weekly material reordering in coordination with the customer's business team
Support change order development from end to end — including quantity tracking, collection, and document preparation
Analyze project data and produce clear, accurate progress reports for the project team
Assist with subcontractor management including invoice approvals and supporting documentation
Lead weekly construction meeting, follow up and through changes, update tracker and coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution and scheduling
Work alongside the Project Manager to monitor project progress and support adjustments to scope, timelines, and cost as needed
Prepare requisitions and material documentation for project teams, including EHT controllers, data specifications, and customer-required documents per project specifications

1-2 years of experience working in a project-based environment is an asset
A proven ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and take ownership of your tasks without requiring step-by-step direction

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret project data and communicate findings clearly
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other databases or project management tools is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable working across project teams, with customers, and with field personnel
Flexibility for occasional on-call support on weekends as required
Flexibility for occasional travel for projects throughout Alberta
Valid Class 5 license with no more than 5 demerits is required
