- Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial machinery, equipment, or automated systems.
- Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers to ensure seamless equipment operation.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, inspections, and service activities as per schedules.
- Prepare and update ILS documentation such as maintenance manuals, service procedures, troubleshooting guides, spare parts lists, and technical reports.
- Support reliability and maintainability analysis, spare parts forecasting, and life‑cycle support planning.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to address recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Train customers/end‑users on equipment operation, maintenance practices, and safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies during all service activities.
- Maintain accurate service logs, customer communication records, and reporting documentation.
Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in industrial service engineering, ILS support, maintenance engineering, or field service.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery, automation systems, electro‑mechanical equipment, or manufacturing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Hands‑on experience with tools and instruments used for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of ILS concepts: reliability, maintainability, spares management, service support planning.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industrial standards.
