Act as the senior commercial authority for strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, pricing structures, commercial terms, and risk mitigation.
Lead the development and execution of project-specific procurement plans in collaboration with Project, Operations, Legal, and Project Controls teams.
Provide high-level commercial and contractual expertise in claims management (subcontractors and clients), negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Drive financial performance initiatives including cost optimization, value creation, savings tracking, and working capital management.
Ensure ethical and contractual compliance of procurement activities, including internal policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by providing insights, performance metrics, and recommendations.
Lead, develop, and manage procurement teams, including resource planning, talent development, and performance management.
Promote a culture of collaboration, safety, and operational excellence across teams and projects.
