Back to jobsPerform incoming inspection of raw materials per engineering drawings, specifications and purchase orders
Verify required documentation such as Certificates of Conformance (CoC), invoice, and traceability records
Use calibrated measuring equipment
Identify and document nonconforming materials, initiate nonconformance reports (NCRs) as required
Support containment actions and segregation of nonconforming product
Communicate quality issues to suppliers, Supply chain and Quality Engineering teams
Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions related to supplier or incoming quality issues
Monitor and report supplier performance metrics
Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of incoming materials
Follow ESD, FOD and product handling requirements where applicable
