Workday User Adoption Owner

Bangkok, ThailandPosted 5 days ago

Job Description

What You Can Expect:

You don't just want to introduce systems, you want to make sure that they create real added value operationally? Then, as a Workday User Adoption Owner, take a central role in our HR transformation and actively shape how our HRIS is used, understood, and developed around the world. In this role, you will combine HR processes, system logic and business requirements and ensure that technology results in measurable benefits.

  • You will take end-to-end responsibility for Workday user adoption across all modules already rolled out in over 70 countries.
  • In doing so, you will manage and further develop our international Change & Adoption network for the sustainable anchoring of transformation in the regions.
  • The analysis of business requirements, HR processes and pain points as well as the translation into scalable enablement, training and communication strategies are part of your daily business.
  • In your role, you will act as a central interface between Group People Technology, HR and Business Stakeholders with the aim of ensuring a common understanding of processes, system logic and best practices.
  • You will further develop and manage our global adoption strategy, including defining and tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. usage, process quality, data quality, user experience).
  • You will design role-based and use-case-oriented learning journeys that are based on real business scenarios instead of system features.

What You Bring:

  • A degree (e.g. business psychology, business administration, HR, business informatics) or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS implementations or digital change initiatives, ideally in an international environment.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end HR processes (e.g. hire-to-retire) and your demonstrable experience in translating business requirements into user-centered enablement concepts and adoption strategies distinguish you.
  • A high level of personal responsibility, strategic thinking and at the same time the ability to implement topics operationally are a matter of course for you.
  • Ideally, you already have some experience measuring and managing user adoption in Workday.
  • Very good communication skills in English as well as a confident appearance in stakeholder management across all hierarchical levels round off your profile.
