Key Responsibilities
- Promote compliance across ITC EMEA teams.
- Develop strategies to prevent non-compliance and fraud.
- Support and eventually lead internal/external audits.
- Follow-up on non-compliance issues and ensure resolution.
- Evaluate and improve our IT policies, standards and procedures.
- Identify and manage IT risks, threats, and vulnerabilities.
- Report on risk & compliance status, and escalate where needed.
- Collaborate closely with IT and risk management teams to enhance our security posture.
- Lead efforts toward ISO 27001 certification for expanding scopes.
Your Profile
- You have a master degree (as Engineer, Computer scientist, Economist or equal).
- You work accurately with an eye for details but you are also able to communicate clearly on high level.
- You are critical, can listen and explain compliance requirements in a pragmatic way.
- Independent, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives with a self-starter mentality.
- Experience as auditor, as key-user or as analyst in similar IT surroundings is an advantage but not a must. Same counts for SAP knowledge.
- You have analytic and communicative skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or ISO 27005 Risk Manager are highly valued.
