Job Description

  • Actively acquire new customers, generate leads and establish new customer groups and markets by identifying the customer’s needs, understanding their requirements and effectively promoting and selling the Daikin innovative products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and their unique selling points. Monitor industry-wide developments, market trends and competitor offerings and align them with company’s short and long-term goals.
  • Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate sales related processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement sales tactics and marketing actions; participate in preparation of competitor analysis and market size analysis.
  • Develop and maintain our customer network by evaluating, updating and strengthening the existing customer base (skills, needs etc.).
  • Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance.
  • Forecast sales, develop sales strategies/models and give input in individual sales budget. Work closely with senior sales representatives to coordinate sales efforts and achieve team targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and utilise data-driven insights to improve lead generation tactics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to existing or potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of the products or services.
  • Represent the company and attend customer training events.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to improve company’s business results.
