Learning Support Assistant / Senior Learning Support Assistant – Samarès School
Samarès School is seeking caring, committed and adaptable individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants, with opportunities for appointment at Senior level depending on experience.
You will play a vital role in supporting pupils to thrive, working alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning, provide targeted interventions and promote pupils’ independence, confidence and wellbeing. The role may include supporting individuals or small groups, adapting activities and helping remove barriers to learning.
At Senior level, there will be opportunities to lead aspects of provision, support and guide colleagues, and contribute to planning and evaluation of support strategies.
