Data governance system updates.
Engages leaders from across the organization in strategic consultation to identify training and development needs.
Assess the skills, competencies and training needs of employees in order to develop and deliver training
Assists with the design of training curriculum and select appropriate learning delivery methods for employees.
Facilitates training when needed.
Implement programs and ensure training information is delivered in a variety of instructional forums including classroom settings, self-paced and distance learning.
Collaborates with subject matter experts, consulting groups, and manages outside vendors/consultants on the delivery of key initiatives.
Ensure that the programs and training materials developed are instructionally sound and that the concepts and materials are consistent and interconnected across all programs.
Assists with the development and implementation of an evaluation system to monitor the quality of the training delivery including participant competency and follow-up audits.
Perform administrative duties such as organizing and streamlining.
Support HR initiatives, including culture and engagement activities.
Prepare reports and presentation.
