Job Description

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, amendments, and complex life events (maternity, military, transfers) and international transfers

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Swiss tax offices, pension funds, insurance providers, and benefit partners like SWIBECO to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Optimize HR workflows, maintain the People Services Intranet, and provide policy expertise to staff and prepare mandatory FTE and Swiss federal statistics for internal and governmental requirements.
