Job Description

The Maintenance Department Office Manager is a full time, 12-month employee who reports to the Director and Assistant Director of Construction and Maintenance. This position has college-wide responsibility for receiving, scheduling, and tracking work orders, acting as radio dispatch for maintenance personnel, and providing support for maintenance financial reporting.
