Back to jobsManage and maintain product configurations and structures (BOMs, routings) in the ERP system (e.g., Infor M3, SAP).
Lead the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) from initiation through release and ensure timely and accurate communication to production and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to validate and integrate changes.
Ensure all configuration documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Support production by troubleshooting configuration issues related to product build, components, or documentation.
Maintain version control and revision history for all configurable items.
Develop and improve processes for configuration management, including workflows, approval processes, and reporting tools.
Train and support users in configuration management tools and processes.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product structure accuracy and reduce rework or delays in production.
Ensure effectivity dates and revision control are properly managed to avoid impact on active production.
