Job Description

Role Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across Technical, Manufacturing, and Functional roles in China, with strong expertise in headhunting and local talent market mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, manufacturing, and business roles
• Proactively headhunt and build strong talent pipelines for critical positions
• Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Chinese job boards (e.g., 51Job, Zhaopin)
• Partner with hiring managers for role briefing, Talent insights, and hiring strategy
• Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder management

Key Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Proven experience in headhunting and niche hiring in China market
• Strong exposure to Technical, Manufacturing, and Functional hiring
• Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and local hiring channels
