Job Description
Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Research Partner – Leadership Hiring to help identify, engage and attract the senior leaders who will shape the next chapter of our organisation. This is a role for someone who understands the skill of executive search, who has worked in a top tier international executive search or headhunting firm and knows that exceptional leadership hiring is built on insight, judgement, market intelligence, candidate credibility and discretion.
Reporting to the Global Leadership & Executive Hiring Director, you will be at the centre of our most important leadership searches. You will map international talent markets, analyse competitors, identify and engage with high-impact senior leaders and provide the insight needed to make confident, strategic hiring decisions.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand the business ambition behind each search, challenge thinking where needed and shape targeted search strategies.
This is more than a research role. It is an opportunity to help build the leadership bench of a growing global business, influence critical hiring decisions and play a direct role in shaping our future performance and success.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for someone with strong ownership, pace and executive research discipline. You will be comfortable managing multiple international searches, turning complex market information into clear recommendations, and supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
You have solid experience in executive research, leadership hiring or talent intelligence, with experience in an international executive search/headhunting firm highly preferred. Additional in-house executive search experience in an international business would be an advantage.
Business level English is mandatory in this global role, with experience in payments / fintech leadership hiring highly beneficial.

Proven ability to design and execute complex search strategies including market mapping, competitor analysis and longlisting for executive and leadership roles.

Confident partnering with senior internal customers and executive stakeholders; able to challenge constructively, manage expectations and communicate insights clearly.
- Ownership & Accountability
High degree of personal responsibility for delivering against search mandates, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Strong ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights including talent trends, compensation benchmarks and competitor intelligence.
- Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; able to present findings succinctly and professionally. Portuguese is a plus.
- Time & Project Management
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment; adept at managing competing deadlines and stakeholder demands.
- Executive Candidate Engagement
Skilled in approaching and engaging senior-level candidates, building rapport and assessing alignment against role requirements.
- Commercial Awareness
Understanding of business strategy and how talent impacts organizational performance; able to align search activity with broader business goals.
- Discretion & Professionalism
Maintains strict confidentiality and demonstrates sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
